Book Review: Chester by Mélanie Watt

ChesterI spend a lot of time reading books all year long, but my favourite time of year is turning out to be during the school year when the preshus comes home with library books from school. He gets to choose one book every week and we read it together at bedtime. It’s a fun way to finish off every day and many times he brings home a real winner like this one. Usually I keep my book reviews to the books I’m reading for me, but today, here’s a kid’s book review.

Chester by Mélanie Watt

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is completely adorable and perfect for bedtime. It’s also somewhat interactive, which I love, and reads in a non-traditional way that we found very amusing. Basically Chester the cat takes over the book, and it’s exactly what a cat taking over a book would read like. Brilliant!
